Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, Auricane Private Limited will not accept cancellation, return, or refund requests. However, in certain situations listed below, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and amicable resolution.

1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to replace the item.

Conditions:

  • The damaged product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Customers must email us at info@auricane.com (replace if another email is used).

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video showing the damaged product

For orders containing multiple items, only the affected product will be replaced.

Once the issue is verified, we will re-send the replacement product within 7–10 days.

Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and assist you through the process.

2. Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@auricane.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the opened box

  • Unboxing video showing all received items

Please note that refund requests cannot be accepted in this situation. However, we will promptly send the missing product after verification.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.

3. Spoiled Product

If you receive a product that appears spoiled, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.

Email us at info@auricane.com with:

  • Order number

  • Date of packaging or date of manufacture

  • Clear images or videos of the product

Please note that returns or refunds cannot be accepted due to natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma. Our products may vary between batches as they are made using natural ingredients and traditional processes.

After proper investigation and verification, we may replace the product if required. We assure customers that every case will be reviewed carefully to ensure a fair resolution.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you further.

Auricane Private Limited reserves the right to investigate and determine the validity of any claim before approving replacements. Our goal is always to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome for our customers.
